On January 8, 2026, MU will undergo an important technical maintenance and migration to a new platform.

What to expect

  • Start time: 13:00 (server time)
  • Estimated duration: up to 3 hours
  • Temporary downtime: the game may be inaccessible for part of the maintenance
  • Disconnects: intermittent disconnects may occur throughout the day

Why this matters

This migration is a major step toward a more stable, scalable, and future-proof MU infrastructure. All full backup copies are being prepared in advance, and a client update will also be required after the maintenance.

Devil Square Entry Update — Reset-Based Brackets

To ensure fair competition and stable gameplay on MU, Devil Square entry is now organized by Reset brackets.

What changed?

  • Devil Square is divided by Reset ranges, from 0 up to 200 Resets.
  • Each Devil Square admits up to 15 players per Reset bracket.
  • This structure is optimized for a high-reset server environment.

What stays the same?

  • Event mechanics and scoring remain unchanged.
  • Rewards remain unchanged.
  • Only player distribution logic has been adjusted.

⚔️ Blood Castle Update — New Entry System

Due to a growing player population and a strong influx of new adventurers, we have updated how Blood Castle entry groups are formed.

🔄 What Changed?

Blood Castle entry is now split by Reset count instead of Level. This approach is far more accurate and fair on a high-reset server environment.

  • Each Blood Castle instance allows up to 20 players per Reset bracket
  • Competition is now balanced between players of similar progression
  • No more mixed low-reset vs high-reset imbalance
🎁 Rewards & Rules

Event mechanics, objectives, and rewards remain exactly the same. Only the entry logic has been improved.

⚠️ Important Notice

If you are unable to enter Blood Castle, you must fully close the game. A client update is required — simply relogging is not enough.

These changes ensure fair competition, smoother gameplay, and a better experience for both new and veteran players.
